Location
Summit Catering is the exclusive caterer for the Norris Penrose Event Center. We provide a unique venue with mountain views, a dining room for three hundred, and outdoor/indoor events space.
The 6,000 square foot second level has an open floor plan with restrooms and meeting/banquet space available for private functions in association with a scheduled event, or for use on non-event days. The rooftop observation deck presents a panoramic view of the Front-Range and Colorado Springs. This location is perfect for viewing events in the stadium or hosting an outdoor function.

We are mobile. We have the equipment and transport to serve events large and small. We have years of experience creating garden weddings, serving large tented galas, and working in venues without existing kitchens. It’s a challenge we enjoy.
